Abstract559)      PDF (1875KB)(300)
The oil sands reserves in the Urho area of Xinjiang are relatively abundant. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze its composition and structure so as to provide references for the selection of industrial processing schemes for oil sand separation. In this paper, the composition and structure of oil sands are determined by means of instrumental analysis. The experimental results show that the oil content of oil sands is 6%~16%, the solid content is 82%~92% and the water content is between 0.5%~2.0%. The sum of the contents of carbon and hydrogen in the extracted bitumen oil is 91%, the sulfur content is low, and the oxygen content is relatively high, which is 7%. The mass fractions of saturated fraction, aromatic content, colloid content, asphaltene content are 40%,21%,27% and 12%, respectively. The solid phase of oil sand is mainly composed of clay and sand. The main compositions are SiO 2 and Al 2O 3, and the average diameter of oil sand is 204 μm.

Abstract462)      PDF (3864KB)(291)
The hindered phenolic antioxidant was synthesized with 3(3,5ditertbutyl4hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid and nbutyl alcohol as raw materials by esterifying reaction. The antioxidant characterized by infrared spectroscopy and HNMR was 3(3,5ditertbutyl4hydroxyphenyl) nbutyl propionate. The optimal synthesis conditions were as follows: reflux time 8 h, the molar ratio of 3(3,5ditertbutyl4hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid to nbutyl alcohol 1∶2 and the catalyst amount 3.2% on the total reacts. The effects of hindered phenolic antioxidant on the protective effect of NR vulcanizates were studied by mechanical property testing, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis. These results indicate that the hindered phenolic antioxidant havepronounced antiaging properties, which is higher than those of BHT antioxidant. Besides, the synthesized hindered phenolic antioxidant had no color pollution for rubber.

Abstract547)      PDF (4291KB)(418)
The rare earth antioxidant was synthesized with 3(3,5ditertbutyl4hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid and lanthanum nitrate as raw materials. The antioxidant characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis and fluorescence, was La complex. And the optimal synthesis conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of 3(3,5ditertbutyl4hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid to La(NO3)3•H2O 2∶1 and reflux time 6 h. The effects of rare earth antioxidant on the protective effect of NR vulcanizates were studied by mechanical property testing, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis. These results show that rare earth antioxidant had pronounced antiaging properties, which is higher than those of BHT antioxidant and equal to those of 4010NA. Besides, the synthesized rare earth antioxidant had no color pollution for rubber.
